As Formula One leaves Central Europe for the season, the Azerbaijan Grand Prix is the 17th race of the season and the first of a doubleheader between Azerbaijan and Singapore.

Kevin Magnussen will be replaced by Oliver Bearman. He received a race ban after an incident in Monza, bringing his total penalty points in 12 months to 12.

With just eight points between Red Bull and McLaren in the constructors championship, will this weekend be the weekend that McLaren takes the lead from Red Bull for the first time since 2022? With Ferrari just 39 points behind Red Bull, will Red Bull be in third place by the end of the weekend? Only time will tell. However, Baku has been known to produce some incredible overtakes and unexpected results.
