The Las Vegas Grand Prix is back for its second running. After last year's drama during the practice sessions, organisers hope improvements have been made for smoother running this year.

Filled with glitz, glamour, celebrities, and everything Las Vegas, this year's Grand Prix could be the race in which Max Verstappen wins the championship for a fourth time, with just 86 points between him and Lando Norris.

Max Verstappen will take the championship if he finishes above Norris this weekend or if both drivers fail to score a point. Verstappen would also be crowned the 2024 drivers champion if Norris doesn't outscore him by more than two points.

This weekend, the race takes place on Saturday night (Las Vegas time) at 6am GMT. This means that Free Practice One and Two will take place on Thursday in Vegas, and Free Practice Three and Qualifying will take place on Friday.

Stars and celebrities are expected to be out in full force with the city, hotels and teams holding events and activations all around the city.

Alpine, RB and Sauber have all launched special liveries for the weekend.
