Gabriel Bortoleto re-takes the championship lead as a chaotic race start brings out a prolonged red flag.

At the start of the race, Kush Maini was unable to get off of the line, which caused an unaware Marti to speed into the back of him. The contact caused Maini to be pushed left which then caused Oliver Goethe to get caught up in the collision. Marti was then flipped over onto his roof and doing a 360, landing back on his wheels. The red flag was brung out immediately and lasted for 25 minutes. All drivers involved in the collision were okay.

When the red flag was over and the cars made their way out of the pits to do a rolling start, it was brought to light that Koolen and Villagomez were also out of the race. The green flag waved and Verschoor led. There was contact later on in the lap between Hauger and Browning, causing Browning to lose his endplate.

On lap 6, Juan Manuel Correa retired from the race.

Lap 7. Durksen, Crawford and Browning all pit. Denis Hauger is given a 5 second time penalty for the contact with Browning on the previous lap. Verschoor, Antonelli, Martins, Hauger, Aron and Miyata all boxed at the end of the lap. Zane Maloney then lead, follwed by Bortoleto and Mini.

At the end of the lap, Maloney, Bortoleto, Mansell and Cordeel all pit. Fittipaldi and Mini stay out, still having to make their mandatory pit stop.

Maloney and Antonelli then battle later on in the lap, however due to Zane's cold tires he locked up which then caused Antonelli to turn into him which sent him into the escape road. Mini pits at the end of the lap, meaning Fittipaldi and Hadjar are the only drivers left to make their stop. Enzo leads, followed by Hadjar and Verschoor. Fittipaldi boxes at the end of the lap, and Hadjar stays out before pitting at the end of the lap.

On lap 14, Gabriele Mini suffered a lockup into turn 15 which caused him to go into the barrier. Yellow flags were waved before the virtual safety car was put into place. Maloney pitted at the end of the lap, and the safety car was deployed.

The safety car stayed out for the remainder of the time left, before entering the pits at the end of the last lap allowing the drivers to have a dash to the line. Verschoor crossed the line first, followed by Martins and Antonelli.

Gabriel Bortoleto re-takes the championship lead as Hadjar is unable to score points.
