The Redbull team may be getting the job done on track but behind the scenes the dramatic saga continues with it now being reported that Redbull has launched an Investigation into Helmet Marko's involvement in some of the media leaks about Christian Horner. Marko told Austrian Broadcaster ORF that it was 'Theoretically possibility exits' he could miss the next race due to suspension when questioned about the rumors of the teams investigation in to him. Marko has served as the boss of the young driver programme and team adviser since its inception in 2005 and if the team find proof Marko was the source of 1 or more of the Christian Horner Media leaks it will only serve to widen the already gapping divide that currently exits within Redbull's top management and not create the 'calm in the team' that Marko is quoted as wanting. Describing the current state of affairs in the team as 'a complex issue' he gave nothing else away about the next steps or actions to be taken by the team and told ORF that the season is going to be 'difficult enough with 24 races and that's what (they) need to focus on' We wait with baited breath to see what turn the saga will take next, all while hoping that the whole thing ends in the best interests of all involved as well as Formula 1 as a whole.
