News just broke to say that Andreas Seidl will be leaving McLaren for Alfa Romeo (Sauber Group) in January 2023, and the team have got his replacement in with immediate effect.
Andrea Stella has been appointed Team Principle for McLaren and will start straight away. Stella was the Executive Director and has been a "Key Member" of the Woking based team since 2015. He has a wealth of experience within Formula 1 starting his career with a 15 year stint for Ferrari. He was a Performance Engineer for Michael Schumacher and Kimi Raikkonen, then race engineer for Kimi and Alonso. He then left the team to Join McLaren in 2015.
