Plans for F1 European Start set to become Clearer soon!!!

Sky Sports News's Craig Slater revealed that there should be a statement coming soon from the powers that be with a clearer idea of the start of the season, behind closed doors. 

Formula 1 has announced its plans to Kick the 2020 season off in Austria on July 5th. This will be the first of a double header race then followed by plans with Silverstone, one at the end of July and beginning of August.

While the Silverstone plans are yet to still be confirmed, it is clear that the venue management have agreed to go ahead but F1 are awaiting confirmation from the British government with regards to the 2 week quarantine period for people coming into the country. 

Both races are to be help behind closed doors as well as Spa, Belgium but this has got the backing of the government. 

To have the race at Silverstone, F1 will need to get an exemption of this quarantine period to race. They have reportedly outlined to the most senior levels in government their extensive "Biosphere" plans. This includes rigorous testing, Charter planes for the teams coming in from Italy and Switzerland. 

After the two back to back races the calendar may then include Spain, Hungry, Belgium and Italy. They will then reportedly move through Eurasia, Asia and the Americas before heading back to Abu Dhabi for the final race as usual. 

Things are yet still to be confirmed by Chase Carey who will hopefully release a statement later this week.
